Overview:
When the pandemic hit, it made access to offline programs difficult with a knock-on effect on divyangs (differently-abled). It not only affects their present but also prevents them from fully participating in the future. It can further result in them falling into poverty for lack of work opportunities. Also, their inability to have access to the mentorship they had on a one-on-one basis in the past has aggravated their problems.
But as they say in every problem lies an opportunity. So when the pandemic made access to our programs difficult, we are presented with this unique opportunity of reaching them out through the online medium with our various online programs. This opens the door for us to reach our many more especially abled youth without geographical boundaries. We at AT&T Technology Park plan to optimize this to touch many more lives and include them in mainstream society.
As the world continues to go online, this will give us an edge for a bright future. Our committed yearly capital investment should be to expand our online footprint.

Digital Tools
Through our past assessments, we have identified the digital tools (Laptops, wireless connectivity, books, CDs, etc.) that these youths will need during online training programs. To make sure that equipment is treated securely and is utilized at its max we perform asset recording. We have coded these tools with a unique number so that they can be tracked. In the case of internet connectivity, our team has already made a detailed analysis about the network availability in the villages for each service provider, and the cards are already procured.
Online Library
AT&T Technology Park has created a unique online library of all necessary supporting information. We have incorporated a Library system to manage the equipment. In our library, we will loan out, administer and keep track of all laptops, wireless connections, charges, etc. We have developed a system for loaning this high-priced digital equipment to the students with proper verification, notary practice, guardian’s guarantee as well as security assurance from the head of the village. To date, this solid proof and verification system has yielded 100% results, and we successfully then reprocess the same to the next batch.

Through state-of-the-art technology, we have designed an innovative online curriculum that includes incredibly important topics for establishing an economical career. Our courses are blended with synchronous & asynchronous learning (Google Link, Session Video, Study Material, PPT, Youtube Links) which makes them productive, efficient, engaging, and interactive.
